So, I usually have a rule that I say no to photographing weddings. Never been interested in the pressure or family drama or poor lighting situations. But, when a friend last week asked me if I would be interested in stepping in to shoot a small wedding he was officiating, I nervously agreed. It sounded laid back and since they didn’t have anyone else a week before their wedding I would have felt bad saying no. To my pleasant surprise the wedding was absolutely gorgeous and inspiring! It was outside (brrrrr) in a tent (thankfully heated!) and the decor and style was kind of a 20’s hunting theme. It was amazing. Anyways…nothing like a job like this to make me want a new camera.
